$30.00 Cash Non-Refundable Application Fee required for CREDIT/CRIMINAL background checks.

Deposit, pro-rated rent to the 1st and the 1st full months rent to be paid in CASH or Certified Funds.

Facility/Clubhouse/Pool Pass and/or Additional Key require a $50 Key Deposit (Association).

All Rentals are 6 Month minimum leases unless otherwise noted.

Utilities and Cable TV are NOT included unless otherwise noted.

Bulk Cable TV (where Provided) is $25 Per Month.

All Rentals are offered in "AS IS" condition unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PETS and SMOKING are NOT allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Roomate Deposits are $400 per Roomate.
